I needed branded mugs for a leaving present for team members. Ordered these, and as usual, had great customer service from Vistaprint (checking in if they could enlarge the image for better visibility; clarifying when I needed them). Delivered before due date. A couple which had slight defects - Vistaprint offered to refund or replace immediately, no quibble. Brilliant! My staff loved the mugs - looked really sharp and stylish, and much better quality than white ones I've used in previous years.
The quality of the ceramic is excellent. We made a large order of 250. Shipping with UPS was a little chaotic for such a large order. I also noticed one or two print mistakes where our logo was scratched on the mug. A couple of the mugs were damaged during transit, however replaced immediately by promotique. Hence 5 five stars for customer service.
