Delivery times for orders received after midnight are calculated from the following business day. Note that there are exceptions for certain products and international delivery locations.

International orders

We add a 30% delivery surcharge on orders placed through our English site to addresses outside of UK, due to delivery methods.

If you do want to deliver to an international location, you can check if there’s a Promotique website for the country or territory you want to send to. Just click the flag dropdown on the bottom right of the page. Please be aware that if there’s a site specific to the country you want to deliver to, you may need to rebuild your design.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Tracking availability depends on the different carriers we use. If tracking is available, we’ll send the trackingcode in your dispatch confirmation email.

Q: Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
A: Once your order dispatches, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up the tracking code.

Q: Do your delivery speeds include production time?
A: Yes. Our listed speeds include both the time it takes to print your order and deliver it to the address provided.

Q: Which carriers do you use?
A: This depends on the speed you select. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, delivery address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

Q: Are your delivery times guaranteed?
A: After adding an item to your basket, we’ll show you the promised delivery date for your item – and we stand by that. Obviously, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time, you’re not satisfied – and neither are we. Contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Will my order be delivered during business hours?
A: Typically, all deliveries will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.

Q: My package was supposed to arrive today but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
A: Packages may arrive as late as 6pm (local time), so it may arrive later in the day. If available, you can also view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. And feel free to contact us at any time – we’ll be happy to help.
